To understand engagement fully, it is important to understand what the purpose of a Facebook Page is.  Facebook Pages are for creating a community of people who actually converse about your business.  Once they become fans, they can converse with you and converse with their fans.  This is a great way to communicate your message and spread your brand.  How do you engage?

  • Mentioning your Page on their Page
  • Sharing
