Elevation Group on Family Empowerment
The sweetest part of life is the journey, wouldn’t you agree?
If you’ve acquired wealth for yourself, then you run into the following dilemma: do I provide for my children or do I allow them to take risks in life and learn from their mistakes. As stated in the first line, the sweetest part of life is the journey and by providing for them, are you robbing them of their opportunity and freedom to create their own wealth for themselves? Life isn’t about being placed at the finish line; rather it’s about the struggle and experiences of getting to the finish line that makes you a winner.
Think about the trophy you have or the medal hanging in your room. What is its actual value? Is the value in the training and competing and overcoming the odds? Or is the value just having someone giving you a trophy or a medal?
I know that I wouldn’t trade in my mistakes in life for anything. While frustrating at the time, it lead me to the path that I am on now.
So how do you provide for your children while still giving them an opportunity to make it to the finish line in their own time and winning their own medals?
It’s a tough question that no one has ever really taught you…until now, thanks to the Elevation Group.
