LinkedIn Today is a new product that surfaces the top headlines and stories being shared the most across multiple industries by LinkedIn’s trusted network of professionals. LinkedIn Today gives members a customized and tailored way to consume the top trending news relevant to a particular industry and by what is being shared the most frequently by those industry’s professionals.
LinkedIn Today looks to be a social news service that is similar to a Twitter Account for your professional network, which will scour the industry topics of your choice and compile the top stories from your connections related to that particular industry
In addition, the 90 million plus LinkedIn users will also be able to view at what other professionals in different industries are reading as well as be able to share stories with their network.
